Freedom Yoga is the only Trauma-Sensitive Yoga studio in East Texas. Owner/ Instructor, Toni Dussex, specializes in Yoga as an alternative and complementary treatment for stress, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.

We offer a range of class styles to meet the needs of our yoga community and varying levels of experience. Freedom Yoga offers yoga to our US military (active and veterans) and first responders on a donation- based rate.

We believe in the healing effects of yoga and we will always make our classes accessible to our heroes.
